Questions we hear most

Can you bring more than one?

Yes, up to two models in one visit, with one large item at most. Two scooters, a scooter and a power chair, or a hospital bed and a power chair all work. Two large items, like a lift chair and a bed, need separate visits because of the setup. Each model has its own fee, and we can also bring a second mattress to compare with a bed. If you buy, every demo fee you paid goes toward the one you choose.

Is the fee refundable?

If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead, yes, we refund it. If you buy, 100% of your demo fees go toward your purchase, including delivery, even if you tried two models and buy one.

What if I decide not to buy?

That's okay. We take the equipment with us and there's nothing more to pay. If you'd like more time, we can come back, and we may reduce or waive the fee for a second visit.

What does delivery cost if I buy?

Delivery is free within 25 miles for scooters, power chairs and lift chairs, and $199 from 26 to 100 miles. Hospital beds are $450 with two technicians. Your demo fees count toward the total, delivery included.

Would renting be a better fit?

If you only need it for a few weeks or months, it may be. We'll tell you honestly which makes more sense. See rental rates.
