Paying

Rentals are private pay. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid or insurance.

Delivery and setup

Each item lists its delivery charge. Two-person and second-floor setups cost a little more; we confirm the total before you book.

Changing plans

Cancel 24 hours or more before delivery for a 90% refund. Once delivered, rentals are not refundable, but we can often extend them.
