Accessibility

Many of our customers use a screen reader, magnification, a keyboard or voice control. We want every one of them to be able to shop, rent and book with us on their own, and to reach a person whenever they'd rather.

Our standard

We design this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We fix the site itself rather than adding an accessibility overlay, so it works with the tools you already use.

How we check

• Automated accessibility checks (axe-core and Google Lighthouse) on our main pages
• Keyboard-only testing of choosing options, checking delivery and reaching checkout on a product page
• Text color contrast measured across the site

What we're still working on

• Online booking for the Georgia World Congress Center is run by our booking partner, and its calendar does not yet work with a keyboard. Until it does, call us and we'll book your scooter for you.
• Some spec sheets come from the manufacturer as PDFs. If one is hard to read, ask and we'll go through it with you or send the details another way.
