the chair serves its purpose entirely! at its lowest level it is easy to sit on, recline, lift your legs and can maneuver your head rest, lumbar and if needed a heater for your back and a massager!

Bobby Valcin is truly a God send !!! Bobby was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was leaning towards another scooter which was larger and heavier. Bobby allowed me to test drive both scooters. He discussed the pros and cons of both. Bobby was super patient with me and I asked many questions. I also had a discount from another company. I rented a foldable mobility scooter for an aging family member visiting from out-of-state and this company made it so easy! I have had my Ranger Discovery XL since 2022. It came out of the box essentially assembled, with the batteries charged. All I had to do was attach the joystick and put the cushion in the seat, and I was ready to go.

I have only needed to contact customer service a couple of times regarding any issues, and every single time they have been very responsive and have handled the issue quickly. This last time I somehow have managed to lose my joystick. It must have fallen out of my car at some point. Once I was able to provide the exact type of chair I had, they were able to identify not only what joystick I would need, but had the foresight to contact me to see if I needed the mounting bracket as well. I would not have thought that the bracket would have been a separate part, so their ability to anticipate my need prior to shipping was definitely appreciated.

This is the kind of customer service that keeps customers loyal. It sucks when someone of limited mobility is essentially grounded. These people understand that and do everything in their power to get us back to enjoying our freedom.

From start to finish, the level of professionalism, care, and genuine customer service I received from Mobility Georgia was outstanding.

I have a genetic disorder that makes walking long distances difficult, so I’ve been in the market for a mobility chair for quite awhile. I’ve done months and months of exhaustive research and, with a specific chair in mind, I thought I was ready to make a purchase. I called Mobility Georgia, and spoke with Jibri. He was very accommodating and was able to set an appointment for me to visit the showroom that worked with my schedule.

First of all, I apologize that I haven't written to you since returning from the conference in early April. Second, I basically forced Brian to give this information to me.

What I really wanted to say is that Brian gave exceptional service for my scooter for the conference. I did not reserve one and he facilitated my use of one the first day as I must have looked really tired. I should believe and reserve a scooter if they are offered as it would appear that something like this is a necessity for me in this situation.

As far as service - - Always a smile! Alway polite. Patient with answering my questions. Alway timely - and left word when he needed to be away from his station and when he would be back. I do understand restroom breaks and lunch time are important to the service industry - -as well as retrieval of scooters from nearby hotels. Brian is an excellent employee. If you have an opportunity, clone him!!! If this is not possible, use him as a trainer of new employees. What a great representative of your company. - - I did say to him, that I didn't know what he was paid but I'm sure it wasn't enough! He just flashed that wonderful smile and said nothing. What a great representative of Mobility Georgia.

We were not sure if a hospital bed would help someone who went through a major surgery ! Jibri has been the most helpful young man! I could not get over all the help he was willing to give me, and with a sweet spirit! He was very patient with me any time I called! He helped me locate measurements of a chair similar to one I needed. He assisted me in getting a cleaning kit for the specific chair I had. I wanted to have it on hand, just in case I needed it. He took pictures to send to me explaining how to take the chair into two parts so it could be moved. If you need to get a lift chair Mobility Georgia is the place to go! They will be patient, and take all the time they need to answer your questions!

I rented a scooter about a month ago from the great guys that work at Mobility Ga. I had rented it for a week and was looking forward to a week of doing things I hadn't been able to do in years thanks to a bad hip and back making walking any distance almost impossible. On the second day, we were downtown and had an issue with the scooter. We called and Ricardo, the owner was working. He did his best to troubleshoot the issue over the phone but the issue was one that would have to be fixed in house. We explained we were right in the middle of a festival and needed a replacement asap. We drove back to the store and he was literally waiting on the curb with a replacement ready to go. We loaded up and I spent the rest of the week doing as many things as I could with my new found freedom. He even gave me an extra day rental at no charge to make up for the inconvenience. Well today, i decided to make the big step and purchase one. Jabri is one of the gentlemen who had helped me with original rental and I was glad to see him again today. He walked me through everything to do with maintaining my new scooter and answered every question I had. If you are in the unfortunate place to need a medical device to help you live a better more comfortable life, do yourself a favor and go to Mobility Georgia, these guys are terrific,caring, and very helpful. My wife and I went into the Mobility Georgia store the Tuesday before Christmas. We were looking for a mattress for my Mom's hospital bed. After talking to Jibri and asking numerous questions and testing the beds we decided to purchase a bed. He was so professional and patient with us. My Mom was not sleeping well in the other bed and we were very concerned about her health. Jibri assured us the bed could be delivered the next day which was a few days before Christmas. Demetrius and another young man delivered the bed the very next day. They were very nice and professional also. We had a little problem with the position of the rails and we discussed it with Jibri and because of the holiday and the fact that they were very busy making deliveries it was going to be after Christmas before someone could come out and make the adjustment. I explained the discomfort my Mom was having so Jibri offered to come and make the adjustment himself after he got off of work. Jibri went above and beyond the call of duty. From the moment my dad and I stepped into their Smyrna store, we were greeted and taken well care of by Nick. He explained the features of the Hi-Low bed and the various scooters. Nick provided the information so we could find the best fit for my dad’s needs. He said it is all about solutions. We are visiting my daughter in Douglasville. We need to rent a hospital bed for my husband who is bed bound. My daughter called Mobility Georgia. We arrived on Sunday, and the bed was delivered FIRST thing Monday morning. I wish I had known about them sooner. We would have been visiting more often. This opened the door to give us access to visiting.

The two young men introduced themselves at the front door, came in, helped me to move everything so that they could set up the bed. They were VERY polite, with VERY GOOD customer service skills. They showed me how to operate the bed. They cleaned everything up before leaving.

Phenomenal Service! We are a military family & we flew from Las Vegas to ATL to meet lots of family (who came from VA) for my dad's 63rd birthday. We had plans to visit the GA Aquarium all together, but my father (who uses a walker for long distances) decided that he would not be able to make it without a wheelchair. I called multiple businesses THE MORNING OF our aquarium visit for a last minute rental of an electric wheelchair. None of them could help us, and said they required 2 days notice. They also would only deliver to a hotel/residence. I called Ricardo at Mobility Georgia, and within 2 and a half hours his employee met us at to the FRONT DOOR of the aquarium with what looked like a brand new electric wheelchair. They saved the day!!! I will recommend this business to anyone in need of a mobility rental. Don't even bother calling the others. Thank you again, Ricardo!

I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. We recently moved my 93 year old mother into our home. Her health has deteriorated recently and Covid isolation at her senior home took a real tole on her mentally. She has mobility issues and uses a walker. Needless to say our home like many is really not designed for eldercare. Foremost, the bed that was in her room was a king size and it was very difficult for her to get in and out and the size seemed to confuse her when she woke up at night. After researching online I contacted Mobility Georgia and spoke with Ricardo. His soft demeanor, knowledge of products, and honest opinion convinced us to make the trip to the Marietta store. How refreshing to be greeted with such kindness and level of customer care. Ricardo encouraged my mom to try each mattress and explained all the bed features in great detail. She ended up choosing a great top of the line bed with all the bells and whistles and she couldn't be happier. The ability to adjust the bed position is a no brainer and it is the perfect size for her. A night light option gives me peace of mind for her night time safety and I have to remind her to occasionally use the massage. LOL. The bed was delivered in an unbelievable short period of time and the actual arrival /set up was smooth thanks to Nick and Dimitri. Hurricane Ida was dumping rain on Georgia that day and the bed and mattress were delivered without a drop of water on it or on our floors. Thoughtful and considerate of the customer with a narrow hallway and small doors. Truly professionals. Nick was great. He explained every detail and made sure all was in working order. They even took the packaging with them. I must say, if ever anyone has a need for probably anything that Mobility Georgia sells, especially a Flexbed, you won't be disappointed doing business with them. Hi! I’m writing to let everybody knows that Mobility Georgia’s and Ricardo are the best. I tried to rent a heavy scooter for my trip to Atlanta and no one have it. Im questioning if I have to cancel the trip, but I find Mobility Georgia in Internet and read the comments and were so nice of the company and Ricardo. My last option before cancelling. I called this morning looking for rent 2 scooters, one for my wife and one for me. The difficult it’s that mine is a heavy duty cause my weight. When Ricardo answered he said that he doesn’t have it, but immediately told me to give him some time for him to make some calls and try to find the scooter. A fee hours later I received the Ricardo’s call letting me know that he will supply the equipment. I’m so happy and fortunate to find Ricardo, he give the extra mile to satisfied a customer. Such a great experience while our family is going through a challenging time! The owner, Ricardo, was very responsive when my mother’s recliner needed repair. He had the chair picked up and a temporary replacement brought within 45 minutes of my call. On New Years Eve on our way for a holiday get away we realized we forgot my electric scooter charger. We knew my scooter wont make it though a day without being charged. We were able to find Ricardo and Mobility City , We would of had to drive 2 hours back home to get my charger. We called Mobility City spoke to Ricardo he said they did have the charger. We rushed to their store since it was New Year Eve and they were closing soon. Ricardo and his colleague checked my 2 batteries which I had a very long time. I bought 2 batteries and a charger from Ricardo. What Ricardo charged me was far better price then I could find online and 1/2 the price I had paid from another store just for a charger, These 2 gentlemen stayed well past closing on New Years Eve to switch my batteries out for me. If it wasn't for Mobility City my New Years get away would have been ruined. I'm a month overdue on giving my review but couldn't let more time pass without singing the praises of Ricardo and his delivery staff at Mobility City of Greater Atlanta. After much looking for an electric bed and suitable lift chair for my senior mother, with no success in person due to lack of supply or online due to her very petite size and the restrictions on returns because of covid, we happened into Mobility City of Greater Atlanta where we found both the bed and lift chair.

We were so pleased with our experience from beginning to end. Ricardo was very knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and patient in answering our questions, making sure the bed and chair were suitable. We were also able to see the items in person because Ricardo happened to have the items in the store which was a bonus. When it came time for delivery, NIck and Demetri provided great service as well ~ on time, professional, knowledgeable, careful, and thorough in setting the bed and chair up, making sure both worked properly, and cleaning up any delivery debris.

Recently I had a medical bed delivered for my mother and was very pleased with the service & communication of Mobility City of Greater Atlanta. I had been waiting for the bed for a while and the moment the delivery was in their possession they delivered. Nick gave me updates on ETA and even arrived earlier than originally assumed (freed up my time, always love that). Nick and his young protégé was very professional. They were prompt, showed excellent understanding of the product, left information for contact, all the documents and cleaned up thoroughly when finished.
I know this probably doesn't matter to most but to me it does: the fact that I did not have to deal with foul language, pants sagging, headphones on and not engaged, WAS PRICELESS!!! WELL SPOKEN gentlemen and carried themselves well.

As a physical therapist I’m always on the lookout for comprehensive and trustworthy Medical equipment/DME stores where I can refer my patients and friends. Mobility city definitely checks all the boxes! They have an extensive inventory of all the equipment one would need to make their functional mobility easier- from tub transfer benches, to walking assistive devices of all kinds (check out their sweet rollator walkers!), hospital beds, and bed rails for regular beds as well. The owner and staff are super kind and so very helpful with any needs you might have. They also offer concierge white glove delivery and set up so you don’t have to haul your equipment home then struggle how to put it together.
