Pick up on site
Ours are the only scooters stationed in the building. Book online, then pick up at Buildings A/B or C, including before and after show hours. Prefer to book by phone? Call 470.357.6130 and we'll book it for you.

For downtown events, we waive the delivery fee. Call so we can confirm your hotel, your dates and the right fit.

Tell us the venue and your dates, and we will arrange delivery or pickup.
Call to ArrangeWe provide the scooters and power chairs, not the event. For schedules, badges, tickets or registration, please contact your event organizer.
Attendee questions
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 24 hours or more before delivery for a 90% refund. Rentals are not refundable once received, even if returned early.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes, a short liability release. Mobility Georgia is fully insured.
Can I buy the scooter after the event?
Yes. Rental units are available at special prices. Ask us for details.

You reserve a fleet
Pre-purchase a set number of units, stationed at your venue. Your staff assigns them and keeps track on site.
Best when you want full control on the show floor.
Hybrid
Reserve a core fleet for VIPs, speakers or staff, and let other attendees book their own.
Best when a large event has mixed needs.
Subsidized
Cover part or all of each rental with a card on file. We handle the bookings, delivery and pickup.
Best when accessibility is part of your attendee experience.

How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for large events. Call us and we will confirm availability for your dates.
How does billing work for a group?
It follows the arrangement. Attendees pay for their own, you pre-purchase a fleet, or you cover part or all of each rental with a card on file.
What do attendees need to do?
Depending on the arrangement, they book online or by phone, or collect a unit from your staff. Every rider signs a liability release.
