- Rentals cancelled 24 hrs before delivery receive 90% reimbursement
- Non-refundable from the time received, even if returned early
- Rental equipment is in excellent condition
- Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Rentals can be purchased at special prices

- Discounted rates for block/packaged agreements
- Onsite staff for large conventions or as part of the packaged agreement
