Mobility Georgia — Rent-to-Own Terms & Conditions
Clear expectations • Flexible ownership • Customer-first approach
Rent-to-Own Terms & Conditions
Subscription-style billing: Rent-to-Own operates on a recurring monthly billing basis. The first monthly payment begins the rental period and is non-refundable once the equipment has been delivered or picked up. Monthly charges will continue automatically until the agreement is canceled, the equipment is returned if eligible, or ownership is completed.
No long-term purchase obligation: Rent-to-Own allows customers to use equipment with a path to ownership, but customers are not required to complete the purchase. Customers may cancel future billing by returning eligible equipment before the next billing cycle, subject to the condition and eligibility requirements outlined below.
Used equipment options: Rent-to-Own may be available on select used equipment in good condition. Used equipment can be a more cost-effective option and may result in faster ownership due to a lower total purchase price. Customers must contact Mobility Georgia to confirm availability and eligibility.
Path to ownership: As monthly payments continue, the equipment will become the customer’s property within the selected term, as agreed at the start of the Rent-to-Own arrangement.
Ownership transfer: Ownership transfers only after the full purchase price has been paid. Until that time, the equipment remains the property of Mobility Georgia.
Warranty transfer: Manufacturer warranties transfer to the customer only after full payment and ownership transfer.
Service and labor coverage: Labor, adjustments, and repairs are covered only through an active Mobility Georgia Service Plan. Service coverage follows the terms of the selected plan.
Equipment condition and hygiene: Equipment must be returned clean and usable, normal wear and tear excepted. Items exposed to bodily fluids, soiling, unsanitary conditions, tobacco smoke, or pest infestations cannot be returned and become the customer’s responsibility.
Damage and repairs: If equipment is damaged, Mobility Georgia will make reasonable efforts to repair it at the lowest practical cost. The customer is responsible for all repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear.
Mattresses excluded: Mattresses are not eligible for Rent-to-Own. Mattresses are purchased outright and become the customer’s property upon delivery due to hygiene and safety standards.
Delivery and setup fees: Delivery, setup, service, and demonstration fees are non-refundable.
Assumption of risk: The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe use, operation, and storage of the equipment during the Rent-to-Own period.
Liability release: Mobility Georgia is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow provided instructions.
Governing law and jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within the State of Georgia.
