Manufacturer warranties usually don't cover labor costs. In the case a warranty repair is needed, the parts would be free, but the installation would be billed at standard costs. A service plan limits any potential repair costs in the first and second year of purchase.
If you have an issue with your product within the first year, simply call us and we’ll send a technician to your home to diagnose and repair your product FREE of charge. Replacement parts are covered under the specific manufacturer’s warranty and are not included in this plan. Only warranty part replacement is included in our service plan.

The first service starts with a diagnostic. If we can repair it, we do that during the same visit. We have basic parts with us like batteries, controllers, etc. In the case of basic parts, you just pay extra for the parts and nothing extra for the labor.
As part of our diagnostic services, we determine what parts are needed. We confirm our diagnostic with the manufacturer and we get a detailed quote for you.
Yes, any return visit is a charged service. Some exceptions apply, mainly if a product falls under our 1 month labor warranty, or if our diagnostic was incorrect.
Yes, we share our diagnostic with the manufacturer and advocate on your behalf. If the parts are covered under warranty, we order them, receive them and come back to install them. Installation of parts is a billed service and considered a second service visit.

All parts that don't fall under warranty have to be paid by customer. If manufacturer voids the warranty, we have to void this service plan.
Each year of the service plan is non-refundable after the first diagnostic. If no diagnostics have been requested, these plans are refundable on a prorated basis (we would refund according to the time left in the plan). Mobility Georgia can cancel a Service Plan if product abuse and/or negligence is detected.
